Lakefront sites are well worth the extra cost. Campsites are a bit tight, but the lakefront sites have great views. Drivig through can be tricky due to the multitude of cars, trucks, boat trailers parked everywhere. Drive-in movie nearby is really fun.

Beautiful park with so many great amenities! Only a handful of FHU sites, and site specific reservations are not permitted. Family with large fifth wheels had a tight fit, but our Airstream slid in just fine. FHU sites are all grouped together and back up to a small creek. Local town of Helen is cute and fun to walk around. We’ve already booked another family trip to this park.

Small campground with a handful of FHU sites. some sites have patio area on “wrong” (street) side instead of curb side, so take a look at Google satellite map when booking. Sites 3, 7, 10 are among the best. We’ve already booked another trip to go back.
