A great midpoint basecamp location for going up to Colorado Springs area or down to Canon City(Royal Gorge) areas.  The campground was always quiet in the evenings and felt secure.  There were some black bear visitors during our stay so be cautious with food.

Had a nice Mother's Day weekend here.  Host was extremely helpful and friendly.
