This is a bigger park, but I felt that most of the campers were very courteous, wasn't loud at all. The showers were clean, and there's a nice spot to walk down the the river.
This campground was tough to find, I drove by it several times, keep your eyes open. The campground is free which was nice, but the mosquitoes were terrible.
When I was a kid my family went here all the time. It was one of my favorite campgrounds because I always remember it being very quiet. It has gotten more popular over the years, but will always be one of my favorites.
I stayed here 1 night a few years ago, the campground is small with a handful of sites. Just a short walk from the campsite you get to see the wood river headwaters, gorgeous, crystal clear water.
I stayed here 1 night. There was one other trailer there in the campground that I neither saw nor heard anyone the entire time. Pretty nice spot, I had a fire that night in the rain, went to bed, never heard another person. Overall a nice spot, and it was free!
