It’s pretty new. It’s clean. The owner is great. He allowed us an early check in. Some full timers. Some passing thru one night only. Everyone friendly. It’s quiet. No parties. No loud music. Not much shade. Small spaces. No bathrooms. Few spaces back up to a 4 lane highway. Full hookups are nice. We were in town for the Blue Angels and didn’t spend much time at the park. It’s about 25mi or 45min from Pensacola Beach.
