Ocean Front

We were in campsite D. Stepped right out of our tent trailer on to the sand. Beautiful sunsets. Next to restrooms that were well kept. Only downside was there were no shower facilities.

Camping on the ocean

Spent 4 nights at this wonderful state park. Campsites 1 through 11 are literally on the beach. We stayed in site 2 which is an ADA. It was smaller than the others and didn’t have a full ocean view but still slept great listening to the waves off the ocean. No hookups, but water is close by. Lots of raccoons at night so be sure to use their food lockers. Bathrooms are clean and well kept. There are no showers. But if you like the sound of the ocean, this is a great place!

Well kept and lots of fun

This lake is a great place to camp. They have many camping spots but if you want hook ups and waterfront you have to make reservations on T-Island or Hackleberry Flats. Other wise it is first come first serve for the other areas of the lake. Great boating and swimming. Be aware that usually late September to Mid April, there is no body to water contact. It’s usually packed but go and enjoy!
