We enjoyed our two night tent stay. Facility was clean. Bathrooms nearby, shower and laundry at check in building. Crowded campground but plenty or room at our site. Nice place to stay inside Yellowstone National Park.
Hesitate to review because I kinda want to keep this place hidden. Very clean and quiet campsite. We camped in a tent but also saw another couple with a camper. Would definitely stay here again.
Muddy roads out to the site which were difficult to manage in a small passenger car. Campsite itself had a spooky vibe, seemed overgrown and poorly maintained. We arrived after dark and camped in a tent but neither of us slept well. I think they had a lot of rain because even the loop around the campground had big potholes full of water. In the morning we noticed the place was trashed. It might not be bad for campers and rvs but I don’t recommend tent camping.
We spent a lot of time camping without facilities in dispersed campsites, so the Bemidji KOA was a great break from the primitive monotony. We only stayed one night (we were on a fast paced road trip) but would definitely stay again. Definitely more expensive than free, but you get what you pay for. Happy camping!
