This is not a resort, but it was fine for us. A small gravel campground with power, water, and sewer. There is a bathroom with a shower. Again, it's not fancy, but everything is in working order. Would definitely stay again. The owners are very nice.
What a great find in this small desert town. The owner, Joyce, is amazing!! She let us know she wouldn't be on site when we arrived and communicated exactly where our site was, so we were pleasantly surprised when she greeted us and showed us to our spot before running out. She has a binder prepared with everything you need to know about the area, such as town history, things to do, and places to eat! The park has full and partial hook-ups. There is a fenced dog yard. It is a great place to stay while you're visiting the area.
They have tent and RV sites. We were the only ones here. Each site has a picnic table and a fire ring. I believe the RV sites each has water. There is water and bathrooms for tent sites. Bathrooms are up by the visitors center a short walk from the campground. There is no shade, but we were gone all day sightseeing, so that wasn't a problem for us.
The campground is in a great location. Bike trails to all the towns nearby, and Frisco Adventure Park is located at the entrance to the campground. Sites are well spaced and private. Gave it 4 stars because bathrooms are closed and there is no potable water available in the campground.
