Gorge!

Friendly folks and clean well kept grounds. It was too cold to use most of the amenities during our stay but they looked awesome.

The washing machine gave us a little trouble but worked in the end.

Loved our tree covered RV spot behind the office and the trail ride we went on with Brooke.

We did book a private ride for a little more money and realized upon arrival that it probably would have just been us if we booked the group ride 😸

Informal, Safe & Clean

We called ahead to get the ok to spend the night. They kindly allowed us to and just asked we don’t stay more than a couple nights and keep it clean.

Lots of shops around that you can walk to as well as a movie theater and a dog run.

It’s in the middle of everything which I love.

It’ll do

My family has been coming here to tune for years but this was my first time camping here. The sites were close together and everyone was super loud which didn’t bother me. I enjoyed hearing other people’s music and laughter. What did bother me was the fact that their website said they don’t allow fireworks but there were plenty, which terrified our dogs. It wasn’t particularly clean and the staff weren’t super friendly. Not sure if the site is always as busy as it was or if it’s people wanting to escapee their homes during COVID quarantine. They have showers and bathrooms but they weren’t very clean and we avoided them as much as possible. We ended up having a good time and we’d return but it’s not our first choice.

Clean and Spacious

Large campground! We camped during COVID a couple of weeks ago and the staff were not there to check us in upon arrival. It seemed they left early which also meant we couldn’t buy wood from them but it all worked out. The grounds were quiet with enough space between sites. The other campers were friendly and everyone kept to themselves. We had a great time. The booking website is pretty painful to use. Our site was nice and flat also. Water spout was great and they were all over.

One night stay

Seemed to be geared towards people with RVs but my partner, our dogs and I had a lovely time. The camp was clean and not too loud. Seemed to have a decent amount of space between sites. Every spot was take. Not sure if it’s always that busy or if it was just Labor Day weekend popularity. We woke up to find a moose! They also have firewood for sale. They have a fire pit which had a grate to grill over as well as a grill. The stars on our walk around the grounds were insane
