Camping here is cheap and theres plenty to do if your outdoorsy there tons of hiking trails a plublic boat ramp to lake tillery fishing is allowed just a all around relaxing place

We really liked this campground we had a double site that was huge it was minutes from uwharrie national forest and badin lake. We'll defiantly go back.

If you like to fish and thats it then you'll enjoy this campground because thats really all they have to do.

Bathrooms are clean and they have everything you need on the grounds or right across the street but theyre so many people there during peak season.

If this campground was anywhere other than the outter banks i probably wouldnt go back, with that being said the the campground clubhouse was really nice as well as the pool i just wasnt impressed with the rest of the grounds.

This campground has a very nice little creek running through it. The people running it are very nice and since it right outside boone nc its very close to shops, restaurants and hiking trails. The only negative thing i can say is the tent sites are a little small and its right off a major road so its a little noisey but that didnt bother us we'll be going back.
