This is my favorite campground ever! It is so convenient, only 1 mile out from the South Rim entrance of Grand Canyon and was not crowded whatsoever. There are tons of sites and each one is private, shaded, and easily accessible. No bathrooms but it doesn’t really matter since you’re so close to Grand Canyon NP and there is also some shops down the road. For the most part the road is totally fine but there are areas with big potholes to get to some sites off the main road.
These sites were awesome! Super close to Capitol Reef and amazing views all around. Easily accessible and not too crowded when we visited. The only downside for us was the wind was crazy strong so we ended up having to sleep in our car. It’s pretty wide open so it’s hard to escape the wind if you’re tent camping or cooking outside. Other than that we loved it!
Great camping close to Zion! There are some shaded spots but they get taken quick. There were lots of spots out in the open and we ended up at one of those. It’s a dirt road and pretty accessible although certain parts you’d need a 4WD vehicle. We were only there for the night but I imagine it would be pretty hot to hang out during the day in summer.
This place was awesome! The road is gravel and easily accessible and there were plenty of options for sites. Sites are spaced out and private, most are shaded too. Sites on the left side were right next to a beautiful meadow which is where we stayed. No bathrooms or anything but pretty close to the Bryce Canyon entrance!
