Pros - gorgeous 360 views, quiet spot, clean pit toilets, water available throughout grounds

Cons - zero shade so it is HOT especially if you're tent camping, nothing to "do" at the campground but plenty activities in a reasonable drive

Nice wooded area, sites are spaced well, clean bathrooms, very family friendly, full of wildlife, gorgeous sunsets and starry night

Pros - beautiful spot in the forest with nice sunsets, lots of shade from trees, small but well spaced, right across the road from the lake, short drive into Flagstaff, clean pit toilet, each site has picnic table and fire ring

Cons - no sink in the bathroom, leash rule was not followed nor enforced by campground host

Pros - gorgeous views of the lake and cliffs, some sites are directly on the water, incredibly clean bathrooms

Cons - sun shade provided basically no shade and no trees around so it was HOT, campground in general was definitely geared more towards rvs (no dishwashing station), several guests had their dogs off leash and running around and the camp hosts/park staff didn't care/weren't enforcing the leash rule at all, quiet hours were not enforced and people were loud and drunk till almost midnight

Overall I would come back to hang out at the lake but I probably wouldn't camp here again
