We went up a ways off-road (high clearance and/or 4WD HIGHLY recommended), passed several campsites until we hit a gorgeous view of the reservoir and surrounding mountains.

We took a short hike around the area and it was beautiful – I would imagine it is even better in the fall with all the aspens. Lots of ATVs driving around though FYI.

We were at ~10,500ft, it was chilly the entire weekend, and even woke up to snow the weekend of 5/29. Fun and beautiful nonetheless!
