Rolled in late in day hoping for a vacancy - it wasn’t full and we were delighted with a site with a full view of the tower. Bathrooms were clean and the stars were magical. We forgot to bring in the garbage when we went in for the night and within 3 mins were visited by a resident raccoon enjoying our garbage can. Woops.

Fabulous site.

Nice little quiet campground outside of east entrance of Y’stone. Super hot during day but cooled down considerably at night. Sites are spaced out well. Vault toilets were well’ish maintained.

By far quietest park at lake which is nice if you are looking for less crowds- granted we stayed on a Monday night. The camp is near a swampy area so bugs kinda rough. Short walk down to beach for swimming.
