Beautiful

Beautiful! Hard to get into so reserve early! Facilities are nice & clean.

Love!

Who doesn’t love this place!!! From the second you get there it’s an experience. From the bot ride to Magic Kingdom to all the great activities they have. All I can say is Rent a golf cart, it’s worth it!!!

small but accomadating

Conveniently located near stores and everything you would need. Close to airport.

Perfect

Great for families. Nicely wooded and not crazy packed. We only stayed one night because we were passing thru but it was easy to get a spot! Too hilly to ride bikes but walking to lake is fine. Conveniently located near things to do.

Amazing!

Place was amazing! Had perfect spots with 5 other families we were all together. Short walk to beach, bike path into Burlington which was such a cool town! There’s a skate park & lots to do. We took a huge ferry around lake Champlain which was so cool. Kids loved it! The lake is so beautiful with the mountains in the background. You couldn’t ask for a better view. Loved our vacation here!

Fun for kids

Sites are very wooded, close to eachother. Fun for kids. The lake is huge, the pools are crowded but fun. There is a splash pad for little ones. Our 3 yr old loved it.

Nicely kept

Green grass perfect space for kids to play. Came in late, got a spot and took care of everything in the morning. Fall is a very pretty time up here.

Convenience is key

Close to highway, conveniently located & open restaurants in winter. Also lots of souvenirs shops if that’s what you’re into.

Loved it

Super close to ferry which Is convenient. Close to shopping and great restaurants. Park itself is very clean as well as all facilities. We stayed in november so I didn’t make it on the beach, but would definitely go back for summer!

Great for kids

Lake was fun, sites were big, playground was great! You can rent golf carats which the kids loved and we used the whole weekend since it was so cheap & campground is huge. We’ve been here twice. Once in the fall on the way to Deleware. I called and they let us stay the night even though they don’t book online during off season I took the chance and they were more than happy to let us stay the night. It’s like 10 mins from the ferry which was great for us! We stayed in summer also & they have wagon rides and lots of activities for kids. We will be back for sure!

Wooded area

Stayed once in the early spring. Lots of dirt! We were kind of far from friends & got yelled at for too many people on our site even though all were paid campers either with RV sites or utilizing cabins. Pool looked nice but we came in the early spring so it wasn’t opened yet. Playground was big, but all sand which every kid had all in their shoes. Good rustic camping experience if that’s what you’re looking for!

Love the view

We have camped here twice. It’s conveniently located to a lot of things to do. We have a toddler and each time she loved the pool & beach area. We love sunset point everyone hangs out there, shares drinks makes friends etc. some people bring guitars and sing and hang out, very laid back & happy atmosphere. Tons of manatee hang out in the marina at the resort. You can get great pictures of them. We’ve met a lot of families and made some friends. We like the lobster pub on the property, they make good drinks and it’s nice to sit under the tiki huts. We are coming back this winter. We love this place!

Nice place, need bug spray!

It’s beautiful here, horses are cool, beach is great, but the bugs stink! Bring some deet it’s the only thing that works! No electric and generators are only allowed until a certain time at night. We’ve been twice so I guess you could say we liked it :)

Beautiful

Nicely kept RV spots. Conveniently located bath house. We got sites right next to our friends where we wanted to be. The lake and beach area were beautiful. Sand was soft and very clean. Free entrance to the beach while staying at the campground which is nice. We would definitely stay again if we were passing through.

Beautiful campground

We booked our trip in February so we got all the spots we wanted. We had 5 spots in a culdesac surrounded by the lake on all sides. The only regret we had was that we didn’t stay longer! Bath houses were conveniently located. Lots of hills so it was a little hard for the little kids to get around on bikes. We had kids with us age 14 and down to 5 yrs old. You need water shoes for swimming in the lake as it is rocky, but it has a perfect shallow end for little ones and very deep for kayaking and stuff like that. We even rented a pontoon boat nearby & they gave us a map and told us where to go. We did cliff diving and climbed waterfalls. It was the best vacation we’ve had! Next time we travel south we’ll be sure to stop here! It was Picturesque and beautiful, the kids had a great time! Bring tubes and floats to relax in the water with, It’s a great time!!
