Small Campground right on the river . Majority of campground appeared to be seasonal but some overnight spots open . Made reservations last minute and had a large full hookup pull through in middle of loop. Owner very welcoming . Stayed during Covid in August 2020. Road noise as it sits on busy road .

Would recommend as campground was well maintained and quiet . Definitely try for a site in the river .

Stayed at Hamlin Beach June 2019 . Site was a bit unlevel but manageable . Park is really nice , 2 loops are dog friendly . Dump station has three lanes which is nice when campground is busy .

Small little park with few amenities on Lake Ontario . sites are mostly level , others a bit uneven . Sites are spacious , however specific to size of camper . This is a hidden gem for those of us who live close for short weekend trips .

Stayed here in August on trip from NY . Campground is beautifully set in the woods off of main road . Our site was towards camp store and road so had a bit of road noise but wasn’t bad . Sites are spacious , level , with gravel pads . Campground has laundry and store and is gated . During our stay Maine Lobster foodtruck was parked at entrance daily . If you are looking for a campground near the Maine coast that is close and convenient while being quiet and having room between your camper and the the site next door this is the place for you

Stayed at KOA in May during height of Covid . Owners did a great job in keeping safety plan in place yet allowing campers to enjoy the beautiful campground . Sunrises and sunsets are amazing there . Owners super friendly … truly enjoyed our weekend and are planning a trip back next year ..

Spent 3 nights at Ausable Point in August 2020 . Had site 98 on the river , highly recommend a river site or beach site . Was told getting beach site is nearly impossible, luckily got one on the river . No hookups on our site , water was available throughout the campground for filling tank . Public beach in campground is beautiful.

Site was spacious and level with trees between other sites .

Great place for those who want a relaxing place without all of the amenities that families with kids are looking for . Spacious sites , campground is clean and very well maintained . Owners are very personable and onsight for any issues ..
