We went late in the year and it was very quiet. Clean, low traffic. Based on size of day use area it looks like the lake is probably busy during the summer. Nearby Sumpter is a neat little town with lots of history. Be sure to tour the Dredge.

Nice spots, big, flat, clean and paved. Good privacy between sites. Beautiful lake with swimming area and lots of fishing. Lake isn’t too rough.. good for paddle boarding.
