First off - you need a decent 4x4 with good tires to get out here. All trail entries into Saline Valley are rough and occasionally hazardous. But once you are down in the valley you head across the sandy bottom until you see Palm trees in the distance. Once you get there - it’s the most magical place I’ve ever been. Warm springs fill multiple pools to bathe and relax, there is a turf area with shade to relax and the whole vibe is really chilled.

The road in/out of Pinnacles is rough - but totally worth it. There are numerous places and spaces to park/camp and when it’s empty the place takes on an almost surreal alien landscape. Stunning night skies, and amazing sunrise/sunsets.
