Beautiful view. You can sit in the cool clear water and relax. Great place for kids. Park is well maintained. I highly recommend.
Electric and water. Great short term camping. There is a lot of history and nearby Cape Girardeau is a very neat city to visit.
No sewer but dump station. Rates are extremely high during peak season if you can get in. I would suggest looking at Hillman Ferry state campground to see if they have availability first.
Great views, clean bath houses, bike trails, off road trail down the road at Turkey Creek for four and two wheelers. Water and electric but no sewer which is normal for KY state parks.
Hike in and tent camping only. No amenities.
Hiking trails. No sewer hook ups but water and electric which is standard for SC state parks. It is in the middle of town and nothing to really see.
We’ve stayed in the fish cabins, complete cabins and campsites. They are fantastic. No sewer hook ups like all state parks in SC but well worth the visit if you can ever get reservations.
It is under new ownership at this time. It is not worth the price you pay for a KOA. It is extremely run down. None of the amenities are kept up such as the kids playground, mini golf course and campsite extras. Some of the campsites have wheels for fire pits while others have nice stone pits. Some of the campsites have picnic tables while others have nice patio tables and chairs. You are greeted at the nature trail by dumped trash and a dumped Seadoo. It is very noisy due to it’s proximity to the interstate. The sewer hookups are damaged in several sites. I would recommend you check out Beach Bend until they can get this campground up to KOA standards. I’m not sure what drugs the 4 star reviewers were taken but it is definitely not 4 stars.
Good views and boat access. It is relatively small and reservations are difficult to get.
Beautiful view on the TN River and the Pickwick Dam. The only negative is the noise and smell of the paper mill on the opposite side of the river. It is also close to the Shiloh National Military Park which is the reason we are here.
