Something different

Campsites are on loops off the main loop/road. It puts 7-8 sites in a circle so it’s possible for families to rent multiple site in same loop. Plenty of room for kids to play and also has a swimming pool!

Favorite place to stay on the Cumberland.

Been camping here since I was little. A lot has changed over the years with all the pine trees dying out, but new growth provides plenty shade. Cool fog off the river makes camping conditions comfortable in the hottest weather. Fish the river for trout, walleye and stripers or go upon the lake for a joy ride.

River front camping!

Campground parallels the Obey River. Plenty of fish opportunities from boat, kayak, wading and shoreline. Campsites have plenty of shade but restroom/shower houses could use some repair/updating. Also bring plenty of ice as there is no ice machine on site. Nearest place to get ice is 2 miles away in Celina TN

Back to basics

Primitive campground that sits in the middle of the old ORV area. The old 4 wheeler trails now make good hiking trails and cool off at the gravel beach at the end of the road.

Nice little campground

Clean campground with plenty of recreation for the kids. Everything is spread out so be prepared to walk or take a short drive.

Waters edge camping!!

The best campground on GRL!!! Only flaw…. no showers!

Peaceful and Quiet

Stayed mid-week so it wasn’t crowded. Everyone was spaced out thru the campground and we never heard a sound from the other campers. Hiked the Cliff, Silvermine Arch and Hidden Arch Trails which all start from KRC. We’ll definitely stay here again!
