I was just there for a night, but as I drove to my spot, I had to dodge and weave around cars parked on the road, as the tent sites looked like Burning Man had a baby with a homeless shanty town in Hawaii. Tons of tents, packed in side-by-side, so only space for cars was on the one-way roads. Outside of the feeling that at any moment a kid was going to come flying out of nowhere, they had good facilities, friendly staff, and decent Internet connection.

They advertise that their wifi is about to get an upgrade to fiber, but without that upgrade, the wifi is worthless. Less than 1 mbps on average. Not really reliable. The Verizon connection was really good, and could Hotspot for 120 mbps often. T-Mobile was okay, but not great. 1-3 bars, but almost always 2 bars.

Site was good. Bathroom remodeling went great, and is amazing facility now. There's a little dinner and live theater place across the road that seemed sold out days in advance. 20 miles from West Yellowstone. Haven't had a bear sighting in the camp in over 2 years.

There aren't many other amenities in the surrounding areas. Town is 20+ minutes away. The location had a little place to make burgers and pizza. A small row of shops for coffee and horseback riding. Helpful staff. Wifi was terrible everywhere except the Lodge. Campsites fluctuated from .01 mbps down to sometimes 5 mbps. Closer to the .01 most of the time. Zero cell reception on all devices. Nearest cell tower is 2 miles away.
