A place to stay if you must.

Full hookups, concrete pads, picnic tables. Many full time campers parked with junk around them. The grounds need a ton of cleanup. Not the safest feeling being in this park.

Gorgeous! Pictures don’t do it justice!

This is somewhere that you must see! Waterfalls, hiking trails, remote camping! ♥️

Nice clean park with amenities.

This park is just south of Springfield, right next to the interstate. We have stayed here for two weeks. Nice walking trail, swimming pool, playground, outdoor checkers, basketball court, put put golf (closed because of covid but the pool isn’t?). Full site hookups 30/50 amp, water, sewer, cable and WiFi. Many many pros to this park. Cons- very pricey, WiFi is about the speed of dial up, for the price you should be able to do more with it.

Love love love Lake Murray!

So many trails, sites on the lake, playgrounds, marina, beautiful lake! If you come here don’t miss out on Tucker’s Tower! Tucker’s tower is a nature center/museum inside lake Murray state park. We’ve stayed here many times and made beautiful memories!

Private Lakefront Sites

We have stayed at Fort Cobb State Park more than once. Always a great experience, quiet park, marina, golf course, and you can’t come to this park without visiting the Ski-Boy, a classic burger joint in Fort Cobb right on the way to the lake.
