I stayed for 2 weeks but can see how this park would be great for stop overs! The owners were fantastic to work with, only deducted a star because the bathhouse was down while I was there.

I loved it here so much, I extended my stay by 2 weeks. The owners were so helpful in whatever I needed, they set up spots on the river to enjoy the water without having a spot on the water.. you can tell they love what they do. Absolutely on my list for when I come back in FL!

I loved this campground during the week. It was quiet, I could work outside, and had the place to myself (obviously there were others there but everyone was quiet and to themselves). Weekends are busy, like ppl walking through your site at all hours to use the bathhouse busy (I wasn't even by the bathhouse). The hiking trails were fun, saw a lot of wildlife and made some squirrel friends who though me working outside = them time.

I LOVED this campground and probably would have stayed longer if I could. My site had 1 neighbor, I couldn't see the other. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but also quiet. It was nice that there was only 18 spots. The peacocks were so much fun. I loved using them as an excuse when I was running late for something. My cats travel with me and they were enthralled by the peacocks the entire 2 weeks, I couldn't close the blinds!
