We had a group come out and stay here and this location worked out great as we were able to play at the river during the day and then had a nice campfire at night.

This campground is also great as it’s very close to Miracle Hot Springs.

We typically choose to stay in traditional camp grounds and haul in our own gear and pitch tents but this time we had permits to hike up Half Dome and chose to stay here due to the location of being able to park, sleep and wake up early to start our day hike.

This is great access to start the Mist Trail which is what route we took to hike up and it was nice to come back and be able to get a hot shower at the end of our long day and not sleep on the ground.

This place is no frills but provides the camping basics needed plus the pizza here in the village after the hike tasted amazing! (…but anything tastes good after a long hike)

This campground is a great site to meet up with friends that don't always get out and go exploring as it's a nice campground off a main road through the Ojai area.

We booked a site here while driving through and spent a weekend catching up with friends that were able to drive up in a small car and join us.

Beautiful wooded area with a nice stream that passes through. Good flat soft ground to tent camp and a great spot to throw up some hammocks and relax!
