Not a great night

Our site was next to the highway and had some noise. The worst was the dogs in the adjacent rig who kept barking for 2 hours straight. The owners weren’t home and the campground has no after hours number to contact with problems. What if there was an emergency? In the morning, I complained at the front desk and they were less than sympathetic. Before leaving I called and left a message again about the bad night we had. They called back and apologized and refunded our night’s stay. Overall, if you can get a site away from the highway, and barking dogs, it’s probably an okay place to stay.

Very Nice campground

This is a very nice koa campground. There is a rec room and pool. Kids can ride these tractor looking tryks all over the place. Site has water, electric and cable hookups. Our site (#116) is in the shade and pretty private. An extra feature they offer is the pump out of your black and gray water tanks. The man who does this is the nicest guy and he did an amazing job. With the Olympic peninsula as a view, you can’t beat this place.

Nice RV campground

Not much privacy but, hey, you’re in the Olympic National Park so beauty is all around. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Laundry room was clean. Bathrooms were closed due to Covid. It was a quiet night and we didn’t notice any noise from US 101. Nice fire pit and table.  Lots of shopping just across the street

What a great place!

Charming campsite. We were next to the bathroom but still had plenty of privacy. The staff was very friendly. The location next to the river is beautiful and the short walk to the ocean is so convenient.

Adequate

Kind of expensive considering the facilities are only adequate. Hookups are good. View only from perimeter sites. Tent sites are more private.

Beautiful and peaceful

We were looking for a spot next to the Yuba River and found this gem. Only 17 campsites so it’s not crowded. It’s also away from any road noise.
