I did not give this 5 stars because the trails were not clearly marked. I went during Dec and got to see manatees at the 72 degree springs. The restrooms were kept clean. The park had roomy spots. Don’t be turned off at the low prices of FL parks! Shhhh… They could charge more. They are beautiful and well-maintained!!

The park is nice. I find it too expensive at $50 a night. Too expensive for my taste. The park is more like a resort. If that is your thing, this is your place.

What a beautiful and family-friendly park. It is only $20 a night with electricity and water at each site. The sites are roomy. Bathrooms are kept clean.

I have been here many times. This campground is a stop halfway through the Tuxachanie trail. It is a quaint park with 4 designated campsites with tables and fire rings. However, it is very common to see tents all around the lake and other spots including secluded spots that are permissible. The campground is free of charge with no showers and a water pump by the one stall bathroom.
