Perfect for a Weekend Trip

The campground is very nice, shady, and clean. It's close to really anything you're wanting to do.. fishing, hiking, exploring the canyon, going to Bear Lake. The only cons, in my opinion, are that it's right by the highway so it can get very loud and it's a smaller campground so the sites are pretty close to each other. It was perfect for a weekend getaway though!

Perfect Spring/Early Summer Camping

We have camped here almost every year and it's amazing every time. The wildflowers are beautiful but once it hits late June they are usually gone. The campsites are great. They are close together but it doesn't feel like it because there are so many trees and the creek that runs through the campground is loud enough to drown out other's noise. Great fishing and hiking. The hike to the headwaters is a must and if you're feeling up to it you can hike over the mountain to Bloomington Lake. There's also tons of UTV/ATV trails nearby. I love this place. The only con is that it can get very dusty, especially come July and August when it doesn't rain as much.
