The sites up on this mountain are all or mostly surrounded by burnt forest due to a wildfire. It’s kind of sad. That aside, the views are pretty good. We ended up staying at a group site, which happened to be on 4th of July so it was a little overcrowded. But, all in all, pretty great sites. Plenty to choose from.

Overall this site was pretty good. The views were pretty good, beautiful sunset, plenty of spacing between sites if you like the quiet and privacy aspect. AWFUL mosquito problem! We are literally covered head to toe in bites after being eaten alive! Just a forewarning.

Close to the water. Secluded. We were the only ones there when we went. Pretty chill, relaxing, quiet area. There are no signs, so it’s easy to miss. Just a little gravel road.
