If you’re not a fan of pristine panoramic Mountain View’s mirrored off of the surface of a beautifully clear watered lake that rests beneath pleasant nature flavored pine air then this is not the place for you. This is a mind altering pleasant place experience.

Facilities immaculate, rangers and personnel are courteous and attentive, the general store wants for nothing, the neighboring hikes are plentiful and if taken in the early hours, appropriately sparse.

Quint, easily accessible, ample space, and well shaded are words I would use to best describe Newaygo. If you have no intentions on sleeping in, then you’re sure to enjoy the few hours of early morning bliss, after 7:30 am it’s throw down generator wattage and raw horse power roar from every wake making and noise creating nautical vessel imaginable.
