The campground is more for toys (dirt bikes and atvs) than camping. It has water and electric (50/30) hookups. There is a dump station but it could be better. There are no spots with shade. Spots are close together but there wasn’t anyone else there when we went Jerseyville is about 10 minutes away with all the stores you could want. Staff is super friendly. They helped my son change a flat tire on his dirt bike when he got a flat ridin. They have really awesome trails to ride. I would recommend to anyone wanting a place to play on their toys. It’s 20 a day to ride. 35 for water and electric. Make sure you fill out a waiver for everyone camping before you go or you will have to do it when you get there. Att works ok here.

This campground is only 30 minutes from where I live but I love going here. It has nice spacious campsites. Clean bathrooms and shower. Nice big common areas. A nice big lake for fishing. It’s a real pretty place to just get away for a weekend or so.

Nice campground. Has nice clean bathrooms and showers. 10 minutes outside town. Stayed for just one night but would return here. Most all the campsites are walking distance from the river. Decent amount of room for each of the campsites.

Very accommodating campground. Has a nicely stocked store when you come in for anything you might have forgotten. Bathrooms were a little cramped but clean. Clean showers. We stayed in a campsite on the river. The campsites are a little close together but no one was at the one next to us so it did not feel so bad. Staff was very nice and friendly. Campgrounds are right outside of town if you need to go get anything they might not have at the store. I would stay here again. We enjoyed it

We liked going here. It was a little expensive as they charge per person and I have an 8 person family but it was worth it. The sites were big enough for 4 tents. They have a shop and the prices there were extremely cheap. It is right on the black river which was a nice easy float trip for us. Waters were super clear. They have bathrooms and showers. Att cell service works good here.

Awesome campground. Our campsite was right on the creek. The site we were at was nice and spacious. The campsite has clean restrooms with showers and a store. WiFi towards the main part of the campground. Att does not work out there but they say Verizon does. Mingo falls about a mile down the road is an awesome waterfall to go see and has a fish hatchery in the other direction.

Will definitely be back here. Clear waters to swim in. Clean restrooms. Spacious tent spaces. Nice trails. We went and saw the park rangers showing us all kinds of different snakes in the area. Kids loved it.

Awesome place to camp. With nearby mini gulf and go karts. We were only a short walk away from the beach. Host was awesome and served breakfast some mornings. Clean bathrooms. Will definitely be back.
