They say full hookups, but there is no sewer. The sites are small and not well divided (basically electric boxes). The staff is disorganized and unhelpful. The cottonwood trees and bugs get in everything and the ground is all mud and dirt.

Nestled in the foothils, just off 115, 20 minutes between I-25 and the royal gorge, this campground is a quiet luxury get-away. The sites are clean and spacious with full hookups. No neighbor drama, and the staff here are very nice. If you're visiting the Royal Gorge, I recommend staying here since its so close and affordable.
