This park is beautiful. Located about 25 minutes from St Louis. They have paddle boats and bikes and group bikes for rental. Located right next to a lake with a lot of RV and tent camping spots. Kids had a blast riding bikes. Even finding a few little frogs jumping around and fireflies at night.
Just a wonderful small RV park in rural West Virginia. We needed to stay overnight and Ann was terrific in finding us a spot to stay in. Great hospitality and reasonable prices for the spots. Absolutely gorgeous views across the pastures and hills. As we were leaving in the morning Ann mentioned we should come down the road to her little shop in the adjacent lot to the RV park. It was a Saturday and we were just driving another 4 hours so we stopped down there. Cute little shop, fresh strawberry jam canned. It was almost lunch so we (Me, wife, and our five kids) had pulled pork sandwiches, hot dogs, and soda pop. Some of the best pulled pork and slaw I've had! Can't speak highly enough of this little RV park
it was a wonderful experience staying here. the property is set in the forest with full and semi full hook ups. Back in spots aren't for the faint of heart but the views make it worth it. The staff is super friendly as well. Additionally, bear country USA the drive through wildlife park is right next door which makes it fun for the whole family to drive through.
Just a wonderful RV park. Very pretty and clean property. Located next to a creek and ample space around your site. Clean bathrooms and showers. Fun little pool and awesome play area for kids. They have the property gate guarded at night which is another nice feature. If you have the opportunity to stay here, don't hesitate, it's worth it!
This was a nice overnight spot for us on our way east. Fairly quiet spot with space around the trailer. Rustic play area but the kids loved it. Overall, a nice place to hop in overnight, and maybe a little longer depending on what you're doing.
The campground might seem a little more pricey but it does come with some lovely amenities. One of which is wristbands for the hotsprrings pool and fitness center adjacent to the campgrounds. Additionally they have a delicious breakfast from 7:30am to 9:15am each morning. Now for some of the issues, they do have tight camping sites, not horrible but not a lot of space between you and your neighbor. The bathroom showers don't have a lot of pressure due to I think the hot springs being the source of the heat. The toilet area had a strong smell but unsure why.
