Amazing site but not friendly if you need a private place. There’s woods here and there but trees are sparse and tall grasses are tick-friendly. Stunning other than that. You can drive down to the bathroom at the very front though which is clean and nice.

The mosquitoes here are something fierce but it’s a nice site other than that. There’s room for probably five vehicles and waterfront is pretty. Ground toilets. But wow, the mosquitoes make it unbearable.

If you have a rooftop tent - they won’t let you park in an RV site, but you also technically don’t count as tents sites. We saw TONS of open RV sites but literally were told to leave. So, I don’t recommend this site.

It’s a long gravel road to get there and you’re mostly just in farmland, but there are waterfront sites and it’s flat. There’s a ground toilet you can walk to. I wouldn’t swim in or even filter the water, but makes for a pretty view.
