Awesomeness

We LOVE this campground. It is always so clean and the staff is amazing and accommodating. We will definitely be back soon!!!

Weekender

This is by far one of the best campgrounds we have stayed at. The office staff was very friendly and she even stayed open late to check us in as we was coming in after 8:00PM. The campground was not overly packed in with campers and there was good amount of space in-between each camping spot. They offered tubing and swimming in the creek that runs along the property.

We had a full service RV site with 30 amp electrical, water, and sewer straight across from the bath house. The bathhouse was nice with three showers with good pressure and very clean. They also had laundry service but we did not use since we were only there for two nights.

I think the best addition to this campground, and I know its not for everyone, but they offer Sunday Morning Worship Service. We attended the church service on Sunday morning and we got to hear the gospel group, The Sound, and the pastor was just awesome. He made us feel very welcome to the group of 63 other people present. His message was very touching and he knows his bible. We attend church services every Sunday morning and we did not want to have to miss because we went camping and that was one reason why we picked this campground.

Overall, if you are looking for a campground that is quiet and relaxing. look no further than Riverbend Campground. We will be returning very soon!!!

Awesome Campground!!!

This campground is byfar one of the best I have ever stayed at. The price is a little steep, but with all the amenities you get, it is well worth it. We had a premium site for seven nights. The site was perfectly level with a fire ring, grill, picnic table and table with three chairs. I wish there was a little bit more room in between the campers for privacy but it did not hurt our stay. This campground is very close to DC and you are able to ride the metro bus right from the campground. Overall, we had an unforgettable stay at Cherry Hill Park!

Overnighter

We stayed here overnight on our way to Washington DC from Kentucky. We had a pull-thru site that was pretty much level but was very close to the other campers. This campground seems to have a lot of permanent residents. Overall, this campground is good for one or two nights but not for long periods of stays. This campground also owns a cavern that campers can go inside for a discounted rate. They also offer bathhouses that were okay, but could use some remodeling.
