Full-time RV in a 30ft 5th wheel with our two dogs and a cat

Great little park with an awesome lighthouse!

We pulled in Saturday with no reservations but had no problem finding a walk in spot. They only had about 6 sites open since they were doing construction on the second loop.

Pretty quiet. You do hear atv noise in the distance but we weren't disturbed by it. Mosquitos were out but what can you do. Beautiful forest and lots of greenery. Camp hosts were very friendly.

We paid $29 for w/e. I think fhu was $33.

Pretty good cell service with Verizon.

MUST DO: go visit the Umpqua River Lighthouse. It's next to the campground and offers beautiful ocean views as well as a gift shop, museum, and tour. The tour is $8 and worth it! You even get to go into the lens room!

Beautiful campground right on the ocean

We stumbled upon this gem driving drown the coast. We prefer to boondocks but couldn't find much. Reservations fill up fast but we scored because they had multiple walk in sites still open.

Our 30ft 5th wheel fit easily but the roads in the campground are a little snug. They offer both water/electric sites and dry. Oceanfront are dry only. We had a w/e site and were only 93 steps to the sand. Beautiful beach, very private and quite. The dogs were able to run free safely away from traffic.

Campground does have bathrooms but no showers or dump station. Dry sites were $26. W/E were $33.

Hosts were helpful and very friendly! We loved this campground and will definitely stay again if we're in the area.
