Not a bad Koa

Very clean and friendly staff, the pool is meh as the hot tub was cold but the grounds were real nice. Big fire pits, they pick up your garbage. Lots of stuff for kids to do

Like dispersed camping but with bathrooms

Site was clean and well maintained. Campground offered pull through, pull off and back in Sites.

Bathrooms were very clean and well maintained.

Wildlife is everywhere. We were fortune to witness Bison walking through our site in the very early hours of the morning. Wild horses also visited the campground at some point.

Rangers we not only friendly but very knowledgeable. They were great with kids in ever setting taking time to educate them with facts about the park and wildlife.

We arrived before 3pm and were able to secure a first come first serve campsite.

Not only being in the heart of Theodore Roosevelt National Park, the town of Medora is a very family friendly place to explore.

MEH for a Koa

Super tight spots, super small pool although they are building a new one. Not much frills, typical I don't care about the extras but when paying 75 dollars I expect the sites to be a tad nicer.

Affordable, convenient, friendly

This is a great little place right off of the highway. Facilities are clean and well maintained. There is a nice little playground for the kids. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is close to the Porter Sculpture Park which is also an amazing place to visit If you stop here.

Plenty to do but cramped

The campground has tons of stuff to keep the kids busy on site. Although the area is very hilly so you will have to drive them to the areas of interest. There is a Bar with live music and food on the weekends. Lots of seasonal people and the sites are tight so there is a good amount of people, if your looking to be alone this is not the place.
