Used one night. Lot of old long term trailers. Had reservations arrived 10 min after closing. Went to assigned site and it was occupied. No emergency number, no after hours contact. Even the restaurant has no way to contact anyone. Finally just used a random empty spot. Better management would be to have someone on call for issues. Got a discount after complaining. Would use them again if I had to I guess. Will not be my first choice next time though.
Full hook up for 35$. Nice laundry room. Friendly staff.
Gravel lot with hook up. Nothing fancy.
First absolutely beautiful campsite. I wish I could stay longer than one night.
Second the road coming in is gravel and washboard rough/bumpy. I drove a 29 foot class C in at about three or 4 mile an hour.. Took me about 15 minutes to go the half mile. But very worth it. The road is passable just rough .
Overall Nice site. Stayed one night. Too pricey for a stopover. Propane fire pit looks nice but could not use. Must have a 20 pound tank. Store was closed as we arrived at 5 pm.
Train and traffic noise as expected for location.
Lot of stuff for kids. Nice facilities. Clean park.
We stopped for one night. $40, had full hook up, pretty level gravel site. Bathroom shower houses are OK did well for what we wanted. Only thing that might bother some people is there is a train track right beside the campground. This could be charming and rustic, or just annoying noise, depending on your point of view. It was warm, we had the AC on, didn’t bother us. It’s an older campground and it shows, but we were pleased.
