My husband and I have been coming to Lake Mojave for years. This is our first campground we ever stayed at together. Marina is nice and has everything you’ll need. Water is so clear you can see the fish underneath as you paddle out. We have many favorite beaches outside the marina to paddle to for those hot summer days.
Very nice campground with covered tables, water, fire pits and fire rings. Clean bathrooms, and a book exchange. All the spots are level, so easy for tent camping. Rangers cruise the park, and are super nice. Great fishing and a hike that takes you into a canyon. We will be back for sure!
Ended up here as a last minute change in camping locations, and it didn’t disappoint. Spots are a little rough, with some concrete tables (a couple with missing benches) and other spots with old weathered wooden tables. Saw a mountain lion while out on a stroll in the campground, which was exciting. Will be back for sure, when it warms up and the cold wind that comes out of the canyon isn’t so bone chilling.
Awesome spot to stop and walk around, has a drop toilet and parking. It’s down a graded dirt road, but I didn’t see any designated camping sites.
