Walk in sites with a beautiful view of Lake Erie! Quiet, clean, well kept! Provided firewood was great! Able to watch Eagles soaring over Lake Erie listening to the waves hit the bluff below! Stayed at campsite B but we were able to look at A also! Site A is a closer walk but I personally liked the setup of site B better! No direct access to water from sites but swimming areas and dog beach within the park!
Great campground, close to everything you would wanna see! Bathrooms and showers are super clean and updated. Lots of stuff for kids to do! Swimming, Great Lake spots, fishing, playground, game room/arcade, jump pad, etc. Tent spots clear and comfy! Nice clean fire pits and picnic tables! Great for groups. We stayed in site 60 and 59- convenient location to shower house, lake, and swimming/playground. Would definitely recommend!
Secluded, peaceful, great campground!
We had the whole back section to ourself! Not a soul on site but a few boats out fishing. We didn’t use any of the facilities or look at them but had been warned they weren’t the best! The seclusion and the view were top notch. It rained so we didn’t test out the hammock trees but we were able to easily get a dog run set up! Site 22 was our site but 23,24, and 25 all looked pretty awesome! We didn’t try the trails due to the weather but if you are just looking to chill at the site with a great view this will do the trick. We did buy some wood from the camp store in the morning a few small pieces of hardwood that worked perfectly!
Clean campground, lots to do! Dog friendly! Lake Accessible. We stayed a few nights on Tent site 4 and had a blast! Stop at Duma Meats to grill something delicious!
