First off, its not a bad campground but if you travel through Bridger MT, then you have to travel several miles through private land that is very rutted out. If it rained you have to be in a jacked up 4x4 to get through. I included this in my photos. Even on my dual sport, the ruts sucken me in and I almost wiped out a few times. Once in the forest service land there is miles and miles of amazing roads and OHV paths everywhere and for miles. I even seen roadside campfires. The campground itself leaves something to be desired, however the surrounding landscape is only to be awed!
The park is a good size with water and electricity, not sure of dumping. Showers and a boat ramp into the Yellowstone River. Pleanty of commonplace and picnic areas and only about 3 minutes to the grocery store. A good base camp for scenic tours of the beartooth and pryor mountain ranges.
Great little spot with 8 or nine spaces. I believe they have water but was non operational during our stay. The cost is $10 per night. It's about 25-30 minutes to Devil's Tower and about 10 minutes to the town of Hulett WY which has gas and plenty of food options. It was very quiet while we were there, only 1 other camper and we could not hear them.
The sites are well groomed, but some sites are close to the highway so traffic may be a concern if you are close.
There are restrooms and trash cans available
Great campground !! Wooded area with fire pits and cook tops and restrooms. No water but only 7 minutes to town. Plant of space between sites. Perfect tor tents, RV's and camper trailers. Definitely recommend
Not a bad little spot.. Close to town and near a peaceful stream.. Owner is very nice. The only negative is that It's close to the road and truckers use their Jake brakes all hours of the day and night, so don't expect to sleep in.
