Great RV resort and Marina. Right on the canal waterway and only 10 minutes in good traffic to the French Quarter, 20 to the Garden District and zoo. Clean spacious spots, freshly paved. Don't let the road in past some industrial and manufacturing warehouses fool you. This is a great spot to stop and has a restaurant on-site as well.

This RV resort is right on the coast with just a quick and easy walk to the beach. Community pool, rec room laundry and shower facilities are great. The only real downside is the water pressure and WiFi. Water pressure is low and WiFi struggles to accommodate the bandwidth needed to support the entire RV resort and does go out from time to time.

Clean grounds, fenced dog park and decent pool make this an ideal stop for those traveling the I-10 or looking for a spot for a couple of nights. A little close to the highway but the traffic noise is not too bad
