came in on Labor Day after 10 day road trip. was fine but nothing to take home just stood overnight
Very accommodating, had a late night arrival and our RV site was ready too go. Stood overnight just to go to Badlands and Wall.
One of the nicest campgrounds I’ve encountered and made new friends here as well. easlily access to all the parts of the park via Automobile. Laundry, showers, restaurant and store all within walking distance.
Campground was very clean and well managed. All ammediates were readily available on the campground including laundry shower and convience store as well as restaurant. The canoe and kayak rentals to go on Jackson River well worth it. Defintly stop at the beach as well.
campground is very soft great for tents. Outhouse is 1/4 mile down the hill. Great views of Needles from this point. there is shade here as well.
kudos goes to CCFPD for making an incredible campground on what was once just a weed-ridden pond. the campground offers up Cabin, RV and tent sites. Power to some sites esp hook ups for RVs. we stood at the tent pad sight and I was impressed by how spacious and clean it was. We were lucky enough to camp with a full moon which lit up the park and heard coyotes howling across the woods. This was a great experience for my twin brothers who are 16 years old and first time camping. defiantly will be back here because it’s so close too home and was a great experience
