Good for early season camping

The campground isn’t well maintained. In the summer months this campground is way too hot but it’s great for an early season camp out. It’s over priced by a lot but worth it if you’ve just got to get out.

Nice camping

It’s a cheap beautiful little campground. We visit at least once a year and really enjoy our time here.

Great beach camping

We really enjoyed our stay here at Bastendorff beach. North bend is near by and it’s just a beautiful place in Oregon right on the coats. Loved watching the fog roll in and exploring the tide pools.

Small riverside canyon camp site

A beautiful little campground with many of the sites on the river bank. Fishing is near by, your surrounded on all sides by the beautiful Ashley National Forest. Far away from the main roads and the bulk of campers. This little campground is a great place to snuggle up close with your loved ones.

Forest of fantasy

What an amazing place to stay! It’s our favorite place so far. Stunning trails, trees older than the pyramids, friendly people and grand views! We went in August and the ocean air kept the forest at a comfortable temperature. There’s lots of exploring in the area and ranger led river trips. We’ll be going back!

Beautiful place for a family gathering

There’s room for 75 people at this campground. The are is huge with lots of small fire pits for individual families. There’s also a very large fire pit for the whole group with wooden benches around it. The area is shaded and beautiful with a clearing in the center. Deer are constantly wondering through. Book it early it’s difficult to get the days one wants.
