No shade, go in the cooler months

Really good site. Showers, pit toilet, running water, but it's 10$ a night. Hardly any shade unless you get a good site. However they have glamping tents and even own personal hotsprings for a ridiculous fee. I didn't stay there. There is supposed to be blm land around there but everyone keeps it a secret on how to get to where you need to go. The hotsprings is clothing optional, so if you don't mind naked people, or you wanna strip down yourself, you should go check it out 💯💯. Went in early April and it was already really warm in the area

Loved it!

I loved this site!! No phone service, but there are toilets cleaned weekly, trash, you can hike, fish, raft, I even got a bb gun in Kernville to pass a little time 😂. Gorgoeus waterfalls! Fire rings available, but no table, no drinking water, however it is a FREE site!!

Need high clearance vehicle!!

I loved the site! It has a bathroom at the very start, but can be a little ways from the sites. I had service up there, not to crowded and the spots are a good ways away from each other! The only downfall is without a high clearance vehicle, it took me an hour and a half to go six miles up, and still scraped and almost got stuck. Definitelyyyy would say need a high clearance vehicle for some of the ruts, or be VERY experienced driving through rough roads.
