It is posted beyond The donut falls trailhead as private property, but it's hard to see where that private property might be. A landowner explained that it's all private beyond donut falls. We were cited for trespassing by a group that owns the silver mines further up the canyon and had to pay a hefty fine. Heed my warning and do not hike passed Donut Falls.
