Nice dispersed site

This site was perfect for the two nights we stayed. Low cost helps balance out the higher cost of hook-up sites. No water or services but the pit toilet was clean and well stocked with toilet paper. There are nice hikes close by looking in toward Canyonlands Nat’l park. We tried riding our bikes to the trails, but the deep sand made it very difficult. The kids enjoyed finding lots of lizards.

Clean amenities and friendly staff

We enjoyed two nights at this park with our travel trailer. The washrooms and laundry facilities were kept very clean and wash shower had a cloth and bath mat. The office staff were friendly and helpful when planning our trip to the local gulches. The road to the gulches was rough and our truck got a flat. Be prepared with lots of water, food and full gas tank in case you run into trouble on the road. No signal on the road to the gulches. There was a small playground for the children as well.

A perfect resort for a family visiting the area

We loved this resort as a family of four. We stayed three nights. The sites and bathrooms were very clean, the front staff were super friendly and accommodating. The pools were clean and warm. The kids loved the pools and spa. We enjoyed shuffle board and table tennis. A good distance from town so you have quiet nights. Reasonable price for the amenities offered. We paid $65/night with a 24’ travel trailer. We would definitely recommend and return there.

Easy access to Majove Desert

Paved road into campsite (about 20miles). Campground itself is smooth gravel. Well spaced and mostly level sites with beautiful desert vegetation between sites. First come, first serve. Almost empty in late Oct. $12/night. No hookups but access to potable water and a sanidump. Very clean pit toilets. Friendly and informative host. Access to trails right from campground, and information center within sight.
