Ok

Was an OK spot to stay at for the time we needed it. Very questionable characters living in long-term. Prefer a spot that does background checks for anybody staying there long term. Playground was in rough shape, swings broken. Place needs an overhaul big time. Really really pretty area and the town of Columbia is very cute. Would return, but only as a last option.

Good stop over

Generator quit working so we couldn’t boondock. Way too hot outside. Checked in on a day they were closed so the only signs of life we saw were the people who live here full time. Most sites are 30 amp. The ones with 50 amp were not marked at all and there was no information in the welcome email indicating what site we needed to look for so after driving five hours with four children and a dog, we had to go site by site to look for the proper hook ups in 100° weather. Was not very thrilled about that. Good stop over spot in a pinch. Served us well for what we needed it for

Hidden gem!!

This place is incredible. Very clean, spacious, huge. The pool is nice, laundry facilities are very accommodating. The staff members are very friendly and personable. We were going to boondock but didn’t like what we saw around the area so we decided to stay here. So glad we did!!

Loud and disrespectful campers, no control by hosts

We have stayed here twice, both times we had horrible experiences. The camp host and manager have absolutely no control over the people who stay here. Quiet time at 10 however it was anything but quiet. I am not a light sleeper, we have children so my life is constantly noisy anyway. The screaming and yelling was so bad I had to deploy my white noise app on full blast the entire night. One of the nights I finally fell asleep at 1am Only to be woken up at 2:45 AM by some dog incessantly barking and laughter and screaming from a few camps down. I get it, people have those nights every once in a while, but this was literally every single night we stayed at this place for a total of seven. never again. You couldn’t pay me.
