Primitive camping requires hauling camping goods to site. No site parking for the tent people. Rv parking is good with plenty of room. Nice little boat launch with Great Lake to play in. Fishing was good and kids loved the swimming.

I spent 2 days/nights in a 27’ camper. My original site was to small even though it was rated to fit my camper. The camp host came over and switched me without being asked and was very helpful. The landscape is beautiful and the park is large. There is no swimming in the river which was a disappointment. The experience here was good and even though some of the RV sites are small we were able to get something more suited for our needs without paying extra or even asking.
