It's a small state run campground for tent camping. All the sites have a ton of room to stretch out! (Room for fire/ grill pits) There are bathroom facilities which have showers. You can reserved a site or find an open one and set up camp. Park rangers routinely will check up on you to make sure things are going well, I’ve never had that experience before but they have been kind the 2 times I have been their.
Just a PSA- Ralph Stover State Park isn’t a camping site!!! It’s only for hiking/ rock climbing so if that’s something you enjoy this is the place for you! They have hard and easy paths to explore.
Their’s no camping onsite so you have to go over to Point Pleasant Camping but it’s only a 7 minute drive to/from each location.
It was a little hard to find my finial destination to put up my tent but I eventually found it. If you want to go walking on the paved paths certain parts are currently under construction, wasn’t able to find on the website when it will be finished
