Okay Campground

Campgrounds were fairly clean here. Keep in mind that if you are tent camping A LOT of the spots are extremely rocky and just full of gravel! Campground has clean showers and bathrooms as well. Sites are fairly close to the lake too. The campground is also only about 12 minutes away from the town of Santa Rosa if you’re in need of supplies!

Great place to stay!

This campsite is a gem! It’s located about 2 hours from the Grand Canyon, and only about 15-20 minutes away from Flagstaff! Campsites were very clean and had lots of tree coverage. Costs about $30 a night here. The campground managers were extremely kind and very friendly. Awesome staff here! No showers but there are clean bathrooms. However please note that there is NO CELL SERVICE here until you leave the park (if you needed any at all). Other than that it was a great campsite!

Great place to stay!

Campground was awesome! Had very clean toilets and showers, as well as washing machines and dryers! (It costs about $2 to wash laundry by the way). The campground had a gorgeous view of the monuments and the woman in the main office was very helpful and kind! It can get windy in this area so be mindful when you go tent camping here, and bring something to make sure that your tent is weighed down! Other than that the campsite was great.

Nice Campground

Campground was clean and had vault toilets. Water spicket was available but no showers (I believe there were only showers at the entrance of the park). Be aware that there are tons of bugs here, an overwhelming amount. Pack your bug spray if you’re tent camping!! Amazing views of the lake, beautiful birds, and the weather was phenomenal. Happy trails!
