Well, made it through the ice roads just to get stuck in the snow 20 feet from our spot. The ranger and people were very helpful getting unstuck. Be prepared for self recovery.. take water for winter months.

It was beautiful. The camp site is well kept. Butch the camp host was on it. The showers and restrooms well kept. The wife and I will go back again. The walking trails were great as we'll

Nice park with all the amenities. Fishing, boat ramp. Reservations on line. Most importantly gate closes at 10pm

It's a nice little place tucked away in the woods. The road to get there is a bit rough, hence the title. By no means, Not a road for a large trailer or 5th wheel. Wild life everywhere..

The campsite is well managed. The spaces are well thought out. Check the website and enjoy.. NO water anywhere
